Master breathing techniques to help manage anxiety.
Discover simple exercises to help protect your heart and bones.
Take control and own your menopause.
Small groups (maximum of 8), held in safe, comftable spaces where we can laugh and sometimes cry, whilst discussing issues and options around your menopause. Each session lasts 4hrs.
Private 1-2-1 sessions tailored to your individual needs. I can also do private sessions for more than one person if you wish to bring a friend or two!
Menopause affects 50% of the population at some point in their lives, impacting staff and those that have to manage them. This course helps staff and managers understand the impact of menopause in the workplace and options and knowledge for managing and coping. Through understanding, it can reduce the stigma sometimes associated with menopause, and should be a tool in the welfare armoury of responsible employers. I can deliver coaching in the workplace, either in person or online. Sessions can be tailored for females only, or mixed sessions aimed more at those managing staff.
